Sitemaker offer the most comprehensive service. I love the seamless approach it offer the clients, especially when you have lots of websites and are building websites for other people. The ONLY additional service I would want which not currently being noted or developed is a Sitemaker/Moonfruit hosting service built into the platform. The reason being is that some of my clients have asked me to edit, upgrade or host their Wordpress websites. It would be marvellous to move their websites to the one account under under sitemaker. This additional service would only be offered to the top accounts as part of a 'Professional Service" AND you could charge a small additional sum for each site hosted annually. Just a thought.
When I want to delete a member from the Members Page of my web site (WOPEC) a box appears allowing me to write a note of explanation as to why it is happening. But when I want to temporarily ban a person because they have not paid their annual subscription fees I do not have the same opportunity to explain the reason. So when the member attempts to LOGIN they view the following: HTTP 500 error. That's odd .... Microsoft Edge can't find this page. This page can't be displayed, site's server might be under maintenance or there could be a programming error.
Can you alter the ban button to offer the same opportunity that exists with the delete button?
I used to see the number of sites in my dashboard but now I just see the MB size. Would it be possible to add back the number of sites? It's not easy to count them as the list scrolls. I sometimes have temporary sites for testing purposes so it's not easy to keep track of the number. I know I'm near the limit so it's quite important to know how many I've got!

It would be good if these items had background options similar to text. If I have a section that has a photo background, I sometimes need all elements to have a colored background so they are readable. As an example, I might have text, button, spacer, then text. As of now, only text can have a background, so there is no continuity on the page when I have backgrounds for the text but not the button or spacer.
You currently have apps for Facebook, Google+, Pinterest and Twitter. Missing, however, are Linkedin and Instagram.
Linkedin, in particular, is a very important site for business and many of your websites are business sites.
Can I strongly propose that you add an app for Linkedin as soon as possible?
The other problem I found is that the actual app logos for Facebook and G+ come in a much larger widget that means that the logos can't be placed close to each other without one blocking out the other. I got round this by downloading the actual logos from the sites and then making that logo a link; but that's a fudge - the underlying problem needs fixing please!
Thanks and regards
