Could we have a genuine 'Help' facility. One which can be contacted by email.
We have recently launched our new help centre which also features our live chat service which you can use to get support. How do you find our help centre and is there something in particular you struggle to get support with? Do you generally prefer email as a way of getting in touch with us or is there something lacking with our live chat support that you find email would improve?Thanks, Grace.
Dear Grace, where oh where has the chat service gone - it is invisible to me or buried somewhere where it cannot be found - I can only imagine the chat desk is a very quiet and lonely place.
Combination of live chat for urgent inquiries and email for less urgent but more detailed problems would be brilliant.
