Do you have an area in the shop that has the customers order details. So that I can track and then keep customers informed of their order at a click of a button. My previous website had a order accepted, order processing and order sent (with tracking into entered) then you clicked it and it sent the customer notification straight away. I can't find that on here. It was very useful and helped time wise too. Also it was helpful if customers had a different address from the one on PayPal, I have had customers forget to change addresses when they move house and this was a good back up system to prevent parcels being sent to the incorrect address.
