Note To Seller Option

This is so vital to the checkout esp if dealing with personalised items. A custom box for a note to seller is standard on most shopping carts.

Before when people clicked checkout the paypal page showed the "note to seller" option. This is now not on the checkout as an option. I did research this and changed my paypal settings and allowed note to seller and gift message - it worked for a few days but then reverted back to the new paypal landing page when you hit checkout.

Paypal say it is something moonfruit needs to investigate as their reply to me. It looks bad people have to buy an item then have to send a subsequent email with personalised details. At least the "note to seller" option which showed before allowed that. Now it has vanished.


I have attached a screenshot to explain more clearly. First part of image is how it use to look, second part is how it is now.


Anyone else experiencing this and did they find a work around on this or does MF have the answer?

Hi, The new Shoprocket integration for responsive pages will include a 'Note to seller' option which you can enable via the settings area.

So I take it no updates will be added to V6 going ahead then? With everything geared to the responsive version?
