Cancelled Subscription

Regrettably I have cancelled my subscription after ten years with you.  I would have stayed, but wanted to make some fundamental changes to my site so I looked at using a new template.  I was really disappointed and underwhelmed at the selection available - you are really losing out to your competitors!  Added to that editing the site is still clunky; managing and aligning objects should be straightforward but it is starting to look old and outdated.  You really do need to bring yourselves into line with other providers or you will start a slippery slope of customers moving their web sites elsewhere.  I'm sorry to go but you left me no option - very disappointed.
