The chat icon doesn't work.
Moon fruit status is "away" when the website says it's "opening hours" and should be online.
There is no phone line and the emails they send are constructed using english a 10 year old could correct.
Simply not good enough!
A human, who speaks English as a primary language, on the phone or real time chat, available within the hours you advertise who is able to solve problems.
Is that too much to ask for the money I pay?
