We want this to be positive experience for everyone, and with that in mind there are some ground rules we all need to follow if we want to be part of this.
They’re not complicated - we all just have to be polite and respectful - but the deal is this:
1. We’ll be open and transparent and provide estimates on when we’ll deliver things - you’ll accept that these are just estimates and you won’t get angry if we don’t achieve them.
2. You will ask questions, we will answer them - We’ll answer your questions honestly, but the answer might not always be the one you want. In those cases, we ask that you don’t keep repeating the question in hope of getting an answer you prefer.
3. You won’t be unnecessarily negative - We get it, sometimes a company can be frustrating and you just want to shout at them. We try to limit how often we annoy you, but we know we don’t always succeed. When we do mess up, we absolutely want to hear from you and you can complain to us as much as you like here, but this forum isn’t the place for it.
4. You won’t be abusive - we have a zero tolerance policy of people being abusive. The internet is full of places for being horrible to each other, this page isn’t going to be one of them.
Comments that violate these terms won’t be posted on the forum.
Thanks for your help in making this forum a positive place for all of us.
